Welcome to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) portal.  The purpose of this gateway is to consolidate FEMA NFIP documentation and educational resources, for City of Bonita Springs property owners, realtors, and insurance agents.

The NFIP is comprised of three components:  
 

Elevation Certificates


FEMA's new Elevation Certificate was approved for use, effective March 16, 2009, through March 31, 2012. The new EC will be phased in on a voluntary basis until March 31, 2010. Although the old version of the form is no longer available for distribution, existing copies may be used until March 31, 2010. Elevations certified on or after April 1, 2010, must be submitted on the new form.
