Informal preapplication meetings are available with staff to discuss the process in detail and to discuss any questions with regards to a rezoning case, development order, or assistance with a building permit (that requires zoning, development services, Florida Building Code, or National Fire Resource Protection Association code assistance). Applicants are encouraged to schedule an informal meeting with Community Development staff members to discuss details of the proposed project and to obtain general guidance on the application process.
All meetings are held at the Community Development office located at 9220 Bonita Beach Road, Suite 109.
