You do not need a Permit Portal account to search for a permit or view plan review comments.
However, to make a payment, upload documents, request an inspection, or apply for an over-the-counter permit (coming soon), you must have a Permit Portal account. Click here for assistance with registration and to access the how-to guides.
The following permit types can be applied for through the Permit Portal. All other permit types and licenses must still be submitted in person or via email, if accepted.
