You do not need a Permit Portal account to search for a permit or view plan review comments.

However, to make a payment, upload documents, request an inspection, or apply for an over-the-counter permit (coming soon), you must have a Permit Portal account. Click here for assistance with registration and to access the how-to guides.

The following permit types can be applied for through the Permit Portal. All other permit types and licenses must still be submitted in person or via email, if accepted.

To register your license with the City, submit a completed Contractor Registration Packet to the email address provided on the form.
