Mobile/Manufactured home elevation requirements
Effective immediately, Bonita Springs Ordinance 22-05 Section 24-93 requires that all manufactured homes (new and replacements) be elevated such that the bottom of the frame is at or above the design flood elevation requirement (base flood elevation plus one foot).
